Which is the best flat iron for under $60

By | November 4, 2013

flat ironI am in need of a new straightener and don’t know what to get. I have thick hair that can be pretty stubborn. With the one I am currently using, I have to go over it quite a few times to get it anywhere close to how I want it. I do not want to have to do this anymore, as I know it is very bad for my already dry hair. I don’t have a lot of extra money right now, so I am looking to not spend more than $60 on one. Thanks for your help!

I have a GVP from sallys. I love it, works well on my husband and he has really thick strands!

I have a GVP too and I love it! Mine is like $69.99 I think.

costco.
39.99.

I have a Helix I bought at Trade Secret on sale for 35 bucks. It was originally 75 and I love it. They have awesome sales.

Conair Infiniti – 2

I have a Conair Infiniti – 2″ . I got it at Wal-Mart almost a year ago. I love it! At the time it was priced around $60. Now, it is down to about $40 or so. I have thick, curly, wavy hair and this flat iron gives me straight, silky, shiny. It is between my bra strap and my waist and it takes only about 30 minutes, start to finish, for me to completely straighten my hair.I use Frizz Ease (?) thermal protectant serum on my freshly washed damp hair, let it air dry, and then use a claw clip to section my hair and away I go.

I also have one from Sally’s, it was about $45. It works great. I’m sorry I am not home to look at the brand.

I have a Tigi one. It’s amazing! It cost me $50, and it is the best hair straightener I have found, especially for the price!

Where do you find these?

A salon, but you also find them at walmart and such.
